    About Saarthi

    What is Saarthi?

Saarthi is a family readiness and organization platform. It keeps your assets, liabilities, insurance policies, beneficiaries, digital credentials and personal messages in one encrypted vault, and scores your readiness across five pillars so your family knows exactly what exists and where to find it.

    Is Saarthi a legal will?

No. Saarthi is a readiness and organization platform. It does not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. The e-Will PDF and Peace Certificate are structured summaries of what you have recorded; they should be reviewed with a qualified lawyer before they are relied on as legal instruments.

    Who is Saarthi for?

Families who want one clear record of their financial life. It is most useful for a primary earner in their 30s to 60s, for adult children organizing a parent's affairs, and for NRIs holding assets in more than one country.

What is the Peace of Mind Score?

It is a 0-100 readiness score built from 15 checkpoints across five pillars: assets and liabilities, insurance, beneficiaries and nominations, documents and credentials, and family communication. It shows the gaps that would actually slow your family down, and how to close them.

    Pricing and billing

    How much does Saarthi cost?

Saarthi is billed yearly. In India, Pro is ₹999 per year and Family is ₹1,999 per year, paid in INR via Razorpay. Outside India, Pro is A$19 per year and Family is A$29 per year, paid in AUD via Stripe.

    What is free?

Unlimited assets, unlimited Family Safe members, the Peace of Mind Score, activity history and beneficiary records are free. Paid plans add e-Will PDF downloads and legal eSign.

    Is there a monthly plan?

No. Saarthi is yearly-only. Readiness is reviewed once or twice a year, so a yearly cycle matches how the product is actually used and keeps the price low.

    Which payment methods are supported?

Indian customers can pay by UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay. Customers elsewhere pay by credit or debit card through Stripe.

Can I cancel, and do you refund?

You can cancel at any time from your subscription settings and keep access until the end of the billing year. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — write to support@saarthi.me and we will refund in full.

Why are Indian and international prices different?

Each region is priced for local purchasing power rather than converted from a single base price, so the INR and AUD amounts are set independently.

    Security and privacy

    How is my data protected?

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256. Digital credentials such as passwords and PINs get an extra layer: they are encrypted with a key derived per record using HKDF-SHA256 before they are stored, so they are unreadable in the database.

Can Saarthi staff read my credentials?

No. Credential values are stored only in encrypted form and are decrypted for you on request through a server function bound to your account. Support staff have no route to the plaintext.

Should I store passwords in Saarthi?

Yes — that is what the digital credential vault is built for. It is the one area of the product designed to hold secrets, and it uses per-record key derivation rather than the general database encryption used for ordinary records.

Who can see what I record?

You do. Every asset and beneficiary carries a privacy tier — private, semi-private or transparent — that decides whether a given family member sees the full record, a summary, or nothing at all. Nothing is shared with a beneficiary until you set that tier.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Your records stay intact. The account drops to the free feature set — you keep unlimited assets and members, and lose e-Will downloads and eSign until you resubscribe.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. You can request deletion from your profile. Most data is removed within 30 days; backup copies age out within 90 days, and a small set of billing records is retained where law requires it.

    Using the product

What can I record in Saarthi?

Bank and investment accounts, property, vehicles, insurance policies, loans and EMIs, digital credentials, sentimental items, and recorded video messages for your family — each with beneficiaries, share percentages and notes.

Does Saarthi read my insurance documents automatically?

Yes. Upload an insurance PDF and the scanner extracts insurer, policy number, sum assured, premium and nominee details for you to confirm. Low-confidence extractions are never saved without your review.

    How do beneficiaries get access?

You invite them by email. They get a read-only beneficiary portal showing only what your privacy tiers allow, plus any signature requests you send them.

    What is the e-Will PDF?

A generated, timestamped document that compiles your assets, beneficiaries and allocations into a single readable file with a content hash. It is a starting draft for a lawyer, not an executed will.

    Does Saarthi work outside India?

Yes. The platform is available worldwide with AUD pricing outside India. Aadhaar-based eSign is India-only; international signers use Virtual eSign instead.

    How do I get support?

Email support@saarthi.me. Family plan subscribers get dedicated support with priority response.

    Still have a question?

Email support@saarthi.me — or read the family readiness guides and the pricing page.

Saarthi is a readiness and organization platform. It does not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Any generated drafts, checklists, or recommendations should be reviewed with qualified professionals before use.
